The 3 phases

Your recovery path

Phase 1: Early recovery

As cleared by MD

Very gentle lymphatic drainage around the abdominal area. No direct scar contact until fully healed. Reduce general swelling.

2-3 sessions per week
02

Phase 2: Scar Support

Weeks 3-6

Begin gentle scar mobilization as tissue heals. Ultrasound to prevent adhesions. Continue drainage to reduce fluid retention.

2 sessions per week
03

Phase 3: Restoration

Week 6+

Deeper scar tissue work. Core area support for improved comfort and mobility. Final tissue healing optimization.
