Focus areas

Tummy tuck

Tummy tuck recovery requires extra caution around the incision area. We avoid direct pressure in the first weeks and focus heavily on flanks and back to promote fluid drainage away from the surgical zone. Each session is adapted as your body progresses through the healing stages.

Focus areas

  • Careful attention around suture zones
  • No direct pressure in early weeks
  • Focus on flanks and back for better drainage

The 3 phases

Deeper tissue work with ultrasound therapy. Begin fibrosis prevention. Careful flank and back drainage.

3 sessions per week
03
