Tissue organization: prevent fibrosis before it hardens

In this stage, swelling is more controlled and tissue starts to organize. Slightly firmer massages every other day or 3x per week. Ultrasound therapy is introduced. Transition to a stage 2 Faja (slightly firmer).

  • Improve comfort with safe mobility strategies

Session rhythm

  • Every other day or 3 sessions per week
  • Average session length: 45 minutes
  • Slightly firmer manual drainage combined with ultrasound therapy
